Irreversible Nature
Once a wire transfer is sent, it cannot be canceled or reversed. Please double-check the recipient’s information before submitting.

 

Scam Awareness

  • Be cautious if someone you don’t know asks you to wire money.

Scammers often create urgent or emotional situations — such as prizes, family emergencies, or investment opportunities — to trick you into wiring funds.

 

Common Red Flags

  • Pressure to act quickly.

Please print the form below, complete it and return it to KEMBA via email, fax (317.351.5244) or by stopping by our office.

Please contact us if you have any questions or if you need any assistance performing a wire transfer.  We must have a signed copy of your wire transfer form to complete any outgoing wire and may require additional verification.

 

Wire Transfers sent or received before 3:00 p.m. Monday- Friday will usually be posted the same business day.
