eStatement Registration

Complete this form and a KEMBA representative will enroll you for eStatements to be delivered safely and securely to your MyBranch online banking account. Be sure to watch your email for a confirmation email to complete the process!

  • Best contact number incase we need to contact you regarding your registration request.
  • Only enter the last 3 digits of your member number. This is the number used to access your account at KEMBA and shared branch locations.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the Primary Account owners SSN.
  • By submitting, I understand that I must be a registered MyBranch online banking user to access my KEMBA eStatement. If I am not registered, I am agreeing to allow the credit union to enroll me in MyBranch online banking too.
