Yes. To start, there is no need to be an Online Banking user to use this service. Instead, enroll in credit card online banking through MyBranch. From there, click on your “Credit Card” account number to begin the registration process.
CAN I USE MY ONLINE BANKING LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR THE MOBILE CREDIT CARD APP?
No. For security purposes, you must complete the Mobile Credit Card App registration process directly from your smartphone to create login credentials and set up security questions.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?
Nothing. In fact, this is a free service. However, there may be charges associated with data usage on your phone. For more details, check with your wireless phone carrier.
IS IT SECURE?
Yes. To help protect your information, the Mobile Credit Card App uses industry-standard security practices such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, and automatic session time-outs.
Additionally, no account data is ever stored on your phone. If your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by calling the number on the back of your card, visiting MyBranch and accessing your credit card account, or calling our Call Center at 317-351-5235.
WHICH WIRELESS CARRIERS ARE SUPPORTED?
Currently, we support all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
DO I NEED A DATA PLAN?
Typically, a data plan is required when using the app if Wi-Fi is not available. For confirmation, please check with your wireless carrier.
WHICH CARDS WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE?
Finally, you can view any KEMBA Credit Union credit card where you are listed as the primary or secondary cardholder.
