I’M NOT AN ONLINE BANKING OR MOBILE BANKING USER. CAN I STILL USE THE MOBILE CREDIT CARD APP?

Yes. To start, there is no need to be an Online Banking user to use this service. Instead, enroll in credit card online banking through MyBranch. From there, click on your “Credit Card” account number to begin the registration process.

CAN I USE MY ONLINE BANKING LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR THE MOBILE CREDIT CARD APP?

No. For security purposes, you must complete the Mobile Credit Card App registration process directly from your smartphone to create login credentials and set up security questions.

 

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

Nothing. In fact, this is a free service. However, there may be charges associated with data usage on your phone. For more details, check with your wireless phone carrier.

 

IS IT SECURE?

Yes. To help protect your information, the Mobile Credit Card App uses industry-standard security practices such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, and automatic session time-outs.
Additionally, no account data is ever stored on your phone. If your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by calling the number on the back of your card, visiting MyBranch and accessing your credit card account, or calling our Call Center at 317-351-5235.

 

WHICH WIRELESS CARRIERS ARE SUPPORTED?

Currently, we support all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

 

DO I NEED A DATA PLAN?

Typically, a data plan is required when using the app if Wi-Fi is not available. For confirmation, please check with your wireless carrier.

 

WHICH CARDS WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE?

Finally, you can view any KEMBA Credit Union credit card where you are listed as the primary or secondary cardholder.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MOBILE CREDIT CARD?

To get started, download the app from the store, grab your card, and register directly from your phone. During registration, you will verify your identity, select security questions, and create a Mobile Credit Card App User ID and password.

 

HOW DO YOU USE THE INFORMATION THAT I PROVIDE DURING REGISTRATION?

The information you provide is used solely to verify your identity and validate account ownership. In addition, only your security questions and answers, along with your Mobile Credit Card App User ID and password, are stored in our system.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A NEW PHONE OR CHANGE PHONE NUMBERS?

If this happens, simply reinstall the app and start using it again.

 

WHAT IF MY DEVICE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

In that situation, there are no special arrangements necessary to suspend the app or card.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

To begin, enter your username and tap the Login button. On the next screen, select the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the guided steps to complete the change process.

 

I FORGOT MY USERNAME. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT MY USERNAME WAS?

If this happens, select the “Forgot Username?” link on the Login screen. From there, you will be guided through the recovery process.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD OR SECURITY QUESTIONS?

Once you’re signed in, open the Mobile Credit Card App and select the Settings button from the Home screen. Then, follow the prompts to complete the update process.

 

WHAT IF I FORGET THE ANSWER TO MY SECURITY QUESTION?

In that case, please call the phone number on the back of your card for assistance.
