We also welcome guest members from other credit unions to perform transactions at KEMBA. CO-OP Shared Branching is introducing IDCheck, a new security feature designed to make your banking experience safer and more convenient.
What is IDCheck?
Starting May 1, 2025, IDCheck will be implemented at all Shared Branch locations. As a guest member, you may be required to complete IDCheck verification before transacting on your account. Simply scan a QR code with your phone, then verify your identity with a selfie and valid ID. This added security helps protect your account and prevent fraud.
How IDCheck Works
When you visit a Shared Branch, be sure to bring your smartphone and a government-issued ID. Here’s what to expect:
For future visits, the process is even faster with your recognized device—scan the QR code, enter your details, and get your access code instantly if your ID is valid and you’re using the same device.
